Concrete Dewatering Systems

In the system, concrete is poured in place and vibrated with a screed vibrator and run over the surface,

Supported on channel shuttering, spaced 4 meter apart.

The screed vibrator is run twice to achieve optimum compaction and leveling . After this system of lower mat and top mat is laid on the green concrete and this attach to vacum pump and draws out excess water.

And final finishing done by floater and trowel to get the finished surface.
